Return policy

  • All services available on the Youth brain Trust website are carried out after an in-depth project analysis, which ensures a complete understanding of the work and there is virtually no opportunity for project abandonment, cancellation, or dispute. If a customer is not satisfied with our service, they have the option to request a refund from us. Our refund policy is as follows:
  • All projects are accepted after full examination and making of possible documents so that participating teams have an understanding of the work to be done and the ability to resolve project cancellations/cancellations/disputes.
  • Youth brain Trust and its customers understand that there is work to be done on each project module and that a refund for work completed is not possible.
  • We ensure that in the event of a mutually agreed project termination, the customer has control over all work done up to that point and that money, provided that it is paid for further development, will be reimbursed.
  • We also respect the customer’s decision to work with another supplier within 48 hours of the start of the project. In such a scenario, Youth brain Trust will reimburse the amount previously paid for the project.
  • Refunds for services offered by the Youth brain Trust marketing team on special occasions are non-refundable.
  • The amount will not be refunded if the service is canceled due to a violation of the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions section.
  • There is no refund policy for services delivered on the same day.
  • Youth brain Trust is not responsible for payments if there are delays or interruptions in services due to the involvement of third parties.
  • We can refund the amount within 30 days from the date the project was installed if the customer is not completely satisfied. In such a case, the administration fee and installation fee are non-refundable.
  • After submitting your refund request, please allow one business day to process your request. You should expect an email from our representative regarding your issue with additional information and follow the recommendations provided.
  • Once your refund is approved, you have one business day to process it. Money will be refunded in the same currency that was used for the purchase. When paying by credit card, a refund will be made to the original credit card specified at the time of purchase and, in the case of payment, the Holiday Name to the same account.
