Cancellation Policy

Youth Brain Trust believes in helping, rather than engage with our customers as much as possible. We adhere to a liberal cancellation policy where the customer agrees to follow the points below to submit a valid cancellation request:

All cancellations will only be recognized if the request is made within 72 hours of your booking. However, cancellation requests will not be considered if the order has been communicated to the Youth Brain Trust team and this has started the project or service delivery process.

Please note that no cancellations will be made on the day of delivery. Cancellations will not be accepted for services received by Youth Brain Trust’s marketing team on special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc. This is an offer of limited duration and therefore cancellation cannot be made. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer finds that the quality of the service provided is not good.

Problems must be reported within 5 to 7 business days. If you believe that the product/service received does not meet what is shown on the website or what you expect, you must notify Youth Brain Trust customer service within 24 hours of receiving the service.

After examining your complaint, customer service will make the right decision. All amounts due by Youth Brain Trust customers for services before the confirmed cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no proportionality for the portion of the month throughout the agreement.

For account security and data protection reasons, all billing inquiries and cancellation requests must be made in writing or by email.

Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by a genuine authorized representative and received in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 7 days from the order date.

Any cancellation by the customer after the cooling-off period, for whatever reason, leads to full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract by mutual agreement between Youth Brain Trust and the customer.
